3. Order Cancellation
Before Processing
You may request cancellation before your order has been processed or shipped.
If the cancellation is approved a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After Processing
Orders that have already been processed shipped downloaded delivered performed or completed may not be eligible for cancellation.

Music production is a customized creative service.
Refunds are generally not available after:
- Project planning has started.
- Recording has started.
- Composition has started.
- Mixing has started.
- Mastering has started.
- Client approval has been provided.
If work has not yet begun cancellation requests may be reviewed individually.
11. Podcast Production Services
Refunds are generally unavailable once production editing recording or publishing has started.
If the project has not started you may request cancellation for review.
12. Video Production Services
Video production projects involve customized creative work.
Refund eligibility depends on the project stage.
Completed production work editing animation voice recording travel expenses equipment rental or third party costs may not be refundable.
13. Stage Shows and Cultural Programs
Bookings for:
- Stage Shows
- Bihu Programs
- Naam Kirtan
- Nagara Naam
- Bhagawat Path
- Cultural Events
- Live Performances
may require advance payment.
Advance payments may become non refundable if cancellation occurs after preparation scheduling travel booking performer confirmation venue arrangements or other committed expenses.
Any exception will be determined on a case by case basis.
14. Artist Collaboration Projects
Collaboration projects are based on mutual agreement.
Refund terms for collaboration projects will follow the written agreement signed between the parties where applicable.
15. Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs before opening if possible.
- Keep the original packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Provide photographs showing the issue.
This helps us investigate the claim quickly.
16. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product please contact us immediately.
